Clemson Free Clinic patients have access to an all generic pharmacy to have your prescriptions filled on-site at the clinic at no cost to the patient. The pharmacy is licensed by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Prescriptions can only be filled when a pharmacist is on-site which is every Wednesday from 5PM-7PM. No controlled substances are filled at The Clemson Free Clinic Pharmacy.
The Pharmacist on duty is always available to answer questions or assist you with medications, dosages, drug interactions questions or any concerns you may have.
Pharmacy Refill Line-Dial 864-529-9740 to request a refill on your medication if you have available refills printed on the bottle. Leave your name, date of birth, and the name of medication you are requesting. Call prior to 5PM on the Wednesday you wish to have medication refilled and leave the pharmacy your message. Your medication should be ready for you to pick up at 6PM.

– You can not have any medical health insurance-no Medicaid, Medicare, or VA Benefits.
– You must live in South Carolina.
– You must provide proof of income for each person in your home.
